Description:Situated in Anglesey Street, the Institute was opened in 1912 by Sir Oliver Lodge. With the emphasis predominately, but not exclusively, on mining and engineering, the basement contained the latest mine testing appliances and ventilation equipment. The buildings were converted into the Anglesey Court' apartments in the early 1990s.
The postcard was franked in Hednesford on 2 October 1915.
