Description:A postcard view showing the construction of what was then the newest of Cannock Chase Colliery Co.'s pits, Number 5 Pit at Brindley Heath, Hednesford. It was known as 'Fives' and the colliery shafts had been sunk by 1916. It was closed in 1982.
