Description:This postcard photograph is an aerial view over Hednesford No.1 pit looking towards Green Heath. The colliery was located near Pye Green, inbetween the Belt Road and Green Heath Road (known locally as West Hill), The railway line runs across the centre of the photograph.

Postcard published by Aerofilms Ltd. Operating out of Hendon in Middlesex, Aerofilms Ltd. was founded by former Royal Flying Corps flyers after World War I.
