Description:Jill Wilson (nee Worthington) standing in the snow outside the gates of Hawthorne Lodge, Lichfield Road, Stone. Hawthorne Lodge, Lichfield Road, Stone. Built in the latter part of the 19th century, this house was the home of Elizabeth Keeling from at least 1891. The Worthington family lived here from 1940 until 1973, after which the house was demolished.
This is now the site of Jordan Way, opposite Stone Cricket Club's ground.
