Description:A fine view of Market Street, Hednesford, looking towards the bridge over the railway with its booking hall on its right side. The covered stairway leading down to the platforms can be seen.

The postcard was published by Evans' Stationery Stores of Hednesford whose premises is on the extreme right of the photograph. Next door is C. Bailey's drapery business with its glazed pavement verandah. Beyond that is the Market Hall.
