Description:Uttoxeter Carnival 1969 entry No 23, Summer Buggy with Geoffrey Smith and Margaret Hudson, nee Smith. Rosemary Plant, owner of the pony and trap, is holding the pony's bridle with Marina Lewis behind Rosemary. The reinstated carnival was held on Saturday, June 14 1969.
