Description:A Pageant scene depicting the Battle of Blore Heath which was a battle in the English Wars of the Roses. It was fought on 23 September 1459, at Blore Heath in Staffordshire.
Eccleshall Pageant was organised to raise funds for the rebuilding of the school, and to portray the history of the town. The pageant took place over four days (3 - 6 August) in the grounds of Johnson Hall.
