Description:Annual charity garden party held by Uttoxeter Young Helpers’ League and Dr. Barnardo's Homes in the grounds of Leighton House, Balance Street, Uttoxeter, the home of local veterinary Major Thomas Vincent Bagshaw and his wife Mary Linda Bagshaw. Major T.V. Bagshaw and his wife are standing in the centre, surrounded by women and children attending the party.
