Description:Stafford Fire Brigade with their Leyland fire engine. The engine is being driven by fire fighter Ernest Haywood, son of the Chief Fire Officer Alfred Haywood. His family dog, and presumably the Brigade mascot, 'Old Don' sits beside him.
