Description:A view of Ipstones with St Leonard's Church to the left, taken from near a track to the west of its junction with Church Lane. The Grade II listed church was built at the expense of the Sneyd family in 1789-92. It was renovated in 1877 by George Gilbert Scott and extended in 1902 by Gerald Horsley who was also the architect for St Chads', Longsdon.
