Description:Silver medal winner Mr A. Betterley (right) shows his prize-winning chrysanthemums to officials at the White Lion Chrysanthemum and Dahlia Show. The officials are, from left to right, Mr G. Runton (Secretary), Mr G.K. Kendrick (Chairman), Mrs M.E. rose and Mrs E. Emberton. Over 400 entries were received for the 4th annual show staged by the White Lion Hotel Social Club.
