Description:Mr R. Butters, President of English Electric Swimming Club, congratulating K. Hart of Newcastle-under-Lyme on winning the Staffordshire men's 200m breast-stroke championship. Runner-up B. Ravenscroft is in the centre, with third placed J. salt to the left. The gala took place at the Royal Brine Baths.
