Description:Latterly known as Brereton Colliery, originally the Brick-kiln Colliery, it ceased production in 1960 and was demolished by the Territorial Army in 1963. It was Originally developed from the earlier, adjacent Hayes Colliery in 1820 and the nearby brick-kiln field
