Description:King Edward VII and Grand Duke Michael of Russia are pictured riding through the village of Whitmore. This photograph was probably taken in July 1901, whent the King visited Grand Duke Michael at Keele Hall. The Duke purchased the lease of Keele Hall for ten years in 1901 and the King was one of his many visitors.
