Description:The roofless shell of Dunstall Hall, Woverhampton can be seen through the trees over the moat. At the time of this photograph Dunstall Hall was owned by Alexander Staveley Hill, Esq., Q.C., M.P., and had formerly belonged to Alexander Hordern, Esq. The 16th century moated house had been enlarged around 1830 and was demolished in 1915 and the site later occupied by Courtauld's rayon factory.
