Description:Looking south east along Bognop Road towards the ruined windmill at Essington

All that remains today is the base and central post. It believed to have been built by Henry Vernon family in 1681. It had two pairs of millstones and four common sails until the 1880s. The sails, ladder and tail pole had gone by the 1930s.
