Description:This view taken on South Walls, Stafford, shows steel framework and scaffolding used in the construction of one of the large retail units that would later be occupied by a Primark store and form part of a new major redevelopment on both sides of the adjacent River Sow called the Riverside Shopping Centre, which opened in 2016.
