On the left is the junction with Kensington Drive and a little further on just after the traffic lights at the junction with Hydrant Way there is glimpse of the David Wilson Homes estate at St. Mary’s Gate, with the adjacent Bovis Homes estate, both of which commenced around 2015.
In the centre of the picture Stone Cottage can be seen with apartment blocks and houses at the rear. At the time of this picture this new Church View and Priory Park housing development is being built by Redrow Homes.
