Description:Elephants being led along the High Street in Uttoxeter moving towards the Market Place. The photograph was probably taken from the first floor window of either McCann's photographic shop at 27 High Street or McCann's tobacconist shop at 25 High Street. The view looks north up High Street and just a few doors up on the same side is the Smithfield Inn 37 High Street on the corner with Smithfield Road.
