Description:T.C. Wild Ltd.'s St. Mary's Works (Royal Albert China). The factory was built in 1862 by Samuel Moore, china manufacturer. T.C. Wild occupied these works from 1905, and used them largely just for decorating ware produced in their other works. The business became part of Royal Doulton in the 1970s. The works closed in 1998. It is in a small area of Longton and Normacot known as Mount Pleasant.
