Description:There are two railway stations in Lichfield and this postcard view shows Lichfield City Station on Station Road in the city centre. There is British Rail signage on the centre building and the picture looks south-west along the platform and rail tracks towards Birmingham. In the distance is an LNWR (London North Western Railway) type signal box. The other Station is Lichfield Trent Valley Station located on the outskirts of the city.
