Description:Staffordshire police constables and officers pictured outside Seighford Hall. This group is the no.1 driving course for Staffordshire Police with seven sergeant instructors and an Inspector in charge. The driving school later moved to Baswich House at Weeping Cross, Stafford.

The sergeant 4th from left in the front row is Raymond Naylor Buxton. he later became Chief Constable of Hertfordshire Police, 1969-1977.
