Description:Woodford Hall Farmhouse is situated off Moisty Lane, near Uttoxeter, close to the Crewe to Derby railway line and the River Dove. It is a Grade II listed late 17th century building with later additions. The building is little changed today although the attic windows have been filled in. At the time of this photograph the house was occupied by George Read and family.
