Description:A postcard view of the parish church of St. Mary’s at Swynnerton which has Norman features, notably a very fine west doorway. The chancel and nave are Early English. The church is also notable for a statue of a seated Christ, some seven feet high, in the vestry chapel where some members of the Fitzherbert family are buried.

This postcard was published by Francis Frith & Co., Ltd. Reigate. It was franked in Stone on 24 June 1905 and sent to an address in Flamborough, Yorkshire.
