Description:A postcard view taken at a meeting of the Meynell Hunt outside the east front of Doveridge Hall. In the centre of the picture on horseback is Lady Waterpark (Emily Cavendish, nee Stenning) and on the left is Lady E Keppel.

Doveridge Hall, in Derbyshire was built in 1769 by Edward Stevens for Sir Henry Cavendish. It was the residence of Lord Waterpark in the early 20th century. The west front of the Hall overlooked the Dove valley towards Uttoxeter. The Hall was demolished in 1938.

This picture was taken by Alfred McCann who was a member of the McCann family of photographers from Uttoxeter.
