Description:Left to right: Susan Jenks, Roger Bunn and Janet Lawton are pictured sitting in the garden of the Croft (sometimes known as the Craft) which in later years was demolished and replaced with housing on Bramall Close.

This is the section of the house where Mr and Mrs Bill Ecclestone lived. The building across the road is the gable end of Village Farm cowshed. Jack Fairbanks of Village Farm grazed his young calves at the Croft during the summer months.
