Description:Lantern slide view of a horse fair taking place on Eastgate Street, Stafford. The horse fair took place twice a year. On the right is the White Hart Hotel, licencee W.J. Wright. On the left is the extension to the Borough Hall, opened in 1892. Believed to have been taken by Walter Williams (1876-1929) of Stafford.
