Date:1927 - 1935 (c.)

Description:Harper Brothers was founded in Heath Hayes in 1922 by Cecil G. Harper. 'Gloria de Luxe' was an early trade identity of Harper Brothers, a name apparently contrived from a mixture of Latin and French.

This coach is possibly a Wolverhampton built Guy Star Flyer chassis with a coach-built body dating to around 1928-30. The company's livery was cream and green. The location is not identified but is possibly at their premises at Heath Hayes, or it could have been photographed n collection from the manufacturer.
