Description:W. Packman, plumber, decorator and glazier, 42 Newport Road, Stafford. In the window are examples of wallpaper. William Packman was born in 1856 and at the time of this photograph with his family at 42 Newport Road. The shop is now (2019) occupied by Dendry's Lounge.
