Description:A group of Staffordshire Police officers at Forebridge Barracks, Friars Terrace, Stafford. They are wearing winter issue uniform. In the front row are: Col. Patrick Hunter, Assistant Chief Constable 1920-1929 and later Chief Constable 1929-1950 (6th from left); Col. George Augustus Anson, Chief Constable 1888-1929 (8th from left); the Police Surgeon (9th from left); Sgt. Cooper, Drill Instructor (far right).
