Description:A postcard view of a quiet scene at Ellenhall, looking north along Blurtons Lane. On the left is St. Mary's Church which was restored in 1886. The tower dates from 1757.

This postcard was published by E.J. Hurlstone of High Street, Eccleshall. It was sent with Christmas and New Year greetings from Ellenhall to an address in Longton, Stoke on Trent.
