Description:View of Stafford Library occupying the ground floor of the 'Staffordshire Place 1' building in the local County Council office complex at Staffordshire Place, off Tipping Street. Stafford's main library had previous occupied the Shire Hall in Market Street and the Carnegie Library building on The Green. The Library opened in September 2015 having moved from the rear of the Shire Hall.
