Description:The Council Chamber at the Town Hall, on the occasion of the Mayor-making. The Town Hall stands in King Edward Place and the first phase of building took place in 1878. The Municipal Offices, Council Chamber, Concert Hall and Staircase were added in 1894.

This Image is from a collection of photographs of Burton upon Trent commissioned and assembled by Burton upon Trent Civic Society as a record of the town in the year 2000.
