Description:A view of Horse Fair looking east. Several of the buildings on the left remain (February 2019) although over the years their ground floors have changed use on several occasions. The thatched cottage in the centre and the cottages on its right were demolished and later replaced by a parade of shops and a cinema. The lamp post on the left has been replaced by a road traffic island (Globe Island) to cope with the busy road junction.
