Description:Situated on Chaseley Road, Etchinghill, Nethermoor House is is now a care home. The 1971 sale particulars state: "Nethermoor is a particularly fine gentleman's residence with magnificent proportions and quality. This gracious house was commissioned in 1910 and is soundly constructed to very high standard. Windows are stone mullioned with leaded lights . The principle rooms are richly panelled in oak and enjoy Southerly views across open countryside. The accommodation is partly serviced by central heating . The well laid our grounds extend to just over 2 acres and the accommodation comprises of vestibule, hall, cloakroom, study, drawing room, secondary hall, butler's pantry, dining room, kitchen , seven bedrooms, bathroom, separate W.C , tank room and storage room, studio/observatory, various out offices, double garage, greenhouse, potting shed, loose box, gardens."
