Description:F. Whieldon’s Green Bus Company operated out of depots in Uttoxeter and Rugeley. Seen here in the Friary Bus Station in Lichfield amidst melting snow is Daimler CVD6 39 (registration DKY 550) in January 1960. This bus had been purchased from Bradford Corporation and was bodied by Brush and gave Green Bus six years' good service. Note behind is a Midland Red D7 bound for Stafford.
