Description:Sandon war memorial was unveiled by Colonel John Ward DSO MP on 7th May 1921 and dedicated by the Vicar of Sandon. It commemorates the men of Sandon Hall Estate who lost their lives in World War I. A soldier on a plinth stands at ease with his rifle held in his right hand and his left hand clenched in a fist. The sculptor was Albert Toft. Concrete posts and a chain were placed around it in 1954.

Behind can be seen the Village Club built in 1905.
