Description:The Borough Hall was designed in 1876 by local architect Henry Ward who also designed Stafford Grammar School. The postcard was published by Boots the Chemist, one of its "Pelham" series of postcards, numbe 1024. Boots started to publish Pelham cards in 1899. The number on this card suggests that it was published in 1901.
