Description:Hiring rowing boats on the Sow in Stafford. Boats were available for hire from below the Brine Baths. The postcard was published by Boots the Chemist, one of its "Pelham" series of postcards, number 1034a. Boots started to publish Pelham cards in 1899. The number on this card suggests that it was published in 1901. The card was posted on 19th November 1905.
