Description:Horsefair, Rugeley looking towards The Globe Hotel, much as it appears today, although the Globe is now (2018) an estate agents' premises. The cast iron horse hitching posts at the pavement edge survived from the horse fairs which took place here in June until 1932. All classes of horses were bought and sold here from far and wide. An early motor car is parked up.
