Description:St. Augustine's Church viewed from Station Road. To the right can be seen the bridge over the Trent and Mersey Canal. The 'new' church of St. Augustine was built in 1822-23 to designs by H.J. Underwood. The east end by J.L. Pearson was added in 1905-06.
