Description:Celebration meal for soldiers returning after the First World War, held in the Market Hall. It is likely that this is the event held on 29th November 1919 when some of the returning men were presented with a personalised Rugeley Traders' Association Shield and an accompanying illuminated address, with the others collecting theirs from Committee members in the Town Hall.
