Description:Numbers 8-12 Church Street, the unusual Gothic style three-storey cottages and shops on the left, were designed by William White and built in 1855. The building nearest the camera to the left was the school house for Audley Infants School. The buildings on the right were demolished when the road was widened in the 1960s.
