Description:Two buses and a Ford Capri are pictured outside the Midland Red Garage and Bus Depot in Charlton Street, Wellington. The bus on the left has the local identity brand name of ‘Tellus’ which operated in this area. In addition to Tellus the Midland Red also ran several other local area names around the region including Chase Rider, Hotspur and Mercian. Demolition of the building commenced in August 2015 to be replaced by a housing development. Thank you to Mr Ian Hazlehurst for this information.
