Date:15th of April 1940

Description:Shire stallion, 'Edingale Mimic 42612', a photograph taken for F.W. Cope of Goldstone Stud Farm, Cheswardine, Shropshire. This horse was foaled in 1935, bred by Peter Norbury of Milton, Derbyshire, by Kirkland Mimic out of Westbrook May Blossom. It won Reserve at the London Show 1938 as a 3 year old, shown by E.J. Holland of Edingale, Tamworth, Staffordshire. It came 5th in 1939 as a 4 year old, shown by F.W. Cope.
