Description:This factory is a two storey, rectangular unit, three rooms wide by 4 rooms deep. The ground floor has three casement windows with large plain stone sills and the doorway has a large plain stone lintel and brick step. There is also a very large double loading bay door with treble header brick arch, large concrete lintel and brick infill. The first floor has six long recessed brick vent openings and a new roof with modern guttering and downpipe. Most of the ground floor is covered by a modern projection. Originally built as a warehouse, it is now used as an engineering works.
