Description:The English Electric Confusers Jazz Band from Stafford are pictured marching in a parade along Upper Brook Street, Rugeley. The event is not known, but could be the town's Hospital Carnival in 1933 or 1934. The Confusers took part in the Jazz Band Competition and finished 4th in both years.
