Description:The Laurels, Tunstall, near Adbaston. This photograph shows a young man and woman standing in front of the early 19th century Laurels farm house, while a man with a pony and trap stands to the left.

The 1911 census lists Thomas Williams as the farmer at the Laurels. The young man and woman are probably his son and daughter: Thomas Williams junior (born 1889) and either Ethel Williams (born 1887) or Mary Elizabeth Williams (born 1893).
