Description:Betley Old Hall is a 15th century farmhouse which was extended and remodeled in the late 16th - early 17th century. The Oak Room has wood panelling with the date 1621 and a fireplace marked 1626. The Hall was extended again in the 19th century.

In the 17th century it was the home of the Egerton family, lords of Betley manor. In 1721 it was purchased by George Tollet. It became the farmhouse for George Tollet IV's Georgian model farm, sited to the south west. In the late 18th century Charles Tollet built Betley Hall on the other side of the main road, which became the family seat.
