Description:A Midland Red Bus destined for Cannock is pictured in Gaolgate Street, Stafford. On the right is Halfords shop which at a later date relocated to a larger site on Foregate Street. Above the bus is a clock on the shop front of H. Samuel, Jeweller’s and on the left is the Marks and Spencer store which relocated during 2016 to a new retail site at Riverside in Stafford. This photograph was taken by Stafford photographer Tony Boydon.
